Park Improvement Initiative Update
The Loch Ness Cove Property Owners Association (POA) is actively working to preserve and improve our neighborhood park through a multi-phase initiative focused on shoreline protection, stormwater management, and sustainability including fishing, lake access and long-term enjoyment. Each phase targets critical infrastructure along shoreline and erosion prone areas with progress dependent on both professional assessments and available funding.
We’re excited to share the latest progress on our multi-phase improvement project focused on stabilizing erosion and repairing bulkheads around the boat launch area. These efforts are essential for preserving the long-term safety, usability, and appearance of our community park.
✅ Phase 1: Stormwater Drainage Repairs
Status: ✅ Completed – September 20, 2025
Objective: Repair and replace defective stormwater drainage on the south side of the boat launch that was contributing to erosion and weakening the adjacent bulkhead.
Scope of Work Completed:

Phase 2: Bulkhead – South Side of Boat Launch
